- Supporting programs and teams that get youth and adults safely on bikes
- Fostering a community of riders passionate about our nature preserves
Core Principles:
- We believe bicycle riding has a place wherever human beings can enjoy nature. We advocate for trail access and new trail development in Silicon Valley.
- These six principles drive our efforts:
- Advocate: increase opportunities for bicycle riding in natural environments
- Educate: sustainable mountain biking practices – trail development, riding and etiquette skills.
- Outreach: fostering community engagement including all trail users
- Prioritize: public health & safety
- Consideration: environmental stewardship – natural species and ecosystems
- The Point: creating enjoyable experiences for all riders
