Dual Slalom in the South Bay?

Stanford Cycling and Romp have teamed up to submit a proposal for the

addition of a Dual Slalom course and BMX practice area at Coyote

Lake-Harvey Bear Ranch Park. Copies of the proposal have been sent to

the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Commission and the Harvey
